Dear Dr. Smith,
In May of this past year, you took the time out of a busy day and spoke with my veterinarian, Dr. Jenn Taylor about my chihuahua. She had masses under her tongue that no one (not even Virginia Tech) knew what to do with. Not only had you seen this problem, but you knew how to fix it. The masses kept growing and were staying infected and I believe you saved her life by giving us your medical advice. I am eternally grateful to you for this. She has had 2 different types of unrelated cancer (found while trying to fix her mouth) and several surgeries on this journey. I might have conceded defeat but she is the friendliest chihuahua you will ever meet and only 9 years old. She is now cancer free and the masses under her tongue are nowhere to be found!!! She is doing amazing. I hope this letter finds you well and I just want you to know that words can’t express how grateful I am to you for your assistance.
